Urbanology Systems, LLC is informed by the insights gained by William Anthony Rogers in his various capacities as: Executive Director of the Department of Urban and Governmental Affairs at The City College of New York; Vice President and Board Member of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce; Co-Founder of Harlem Week (the largest annual multicultural event in the United States); Goju Karate Master (Black Belt); Jungshim Ki Energy Master (Suhn Ki is a 6,000 year-old Korean healing art); Community Activist (whose early activities included being a member of the Black Panther Party).

 

Arn Ashwood   Chief Operating Officer


Arn Ashwood began his career as a copywriter at McCann-Erickson (Buick, GMC Trucks), J. Walter Thompson (Quaker Oats, Kodak), and Foote Cone & Belding (Clairol). Arn gained multicultural marketing experience as a Creative Director at J.P. Martin Associates (Anheuser-Busch, Carnation), The Mingo Group (Miller Beer, General Motors), Lockhart & Pettus Advertising (Chrysler, Pepsi, Dark & Lovely Haircare), and The Uniworld Group (AT&T, Coors,Reebok). Arn is founder and Chief Creative Officer of The LivingArts Movement, a creative marketing consortium, whose clients include Urbanology Systems.

 

Audrey Adams   Chief Strategic Officer

In her various career roles as a public relations executive, spokesperson, actress, model, executive producer, journalist or publisher; there is one thread that runs continuously throughout Audrey Adam’s journey—Empowerment. At the top of her list is her mission: To inform, inspire, empower and motivate women to be the best they can be. As Director of Corporate Public Relations for Essence Communications, Inc., (ECI) Adams was the principal spokesperson to Essence magazine’s seven million readers and helped to develop Latina magazine and the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Adams recently launched THEADAMSREPORT.com, a multimedia lifestyle internet portal for women that features profiles, products and services through editorials as well as a weekly half hour audiocast,TALK! with AUDREY.
