Arn gained multicultural marketing experience as a Creative Director at J.P. Martin Associates (Anheuser-Busch, Carnation), The Mingo Group (Miller Beer, General Motors), Lockhart & Pettus Advertising (Chrysler, Pepsi, Dark & Lovely Haircare), and The Uniworld Group (AT&T, Coors,Reebok). Arn is founder and Chief Creative Officer of The LivingArts Movement, a creative marketing consortium, whose clients include Urbanology Systems.

As Director of Corporate Public Relations for Essence Communications, Inc., (ECI) Adams was the principal spokesperson to Essence magazine’s seven million readers and helped to develop Latina magazine and the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Adams recently launched THEADAMSREPORT.com, a multimedia lifestyle internet portal for women that features profiles, products and services through editorials as well as a weekly half hour audiocast,TALK! with AUDREY.
